Went in friday night thinking it would be just another steak place in the middle of nowhere but honestly everything was so much better than I expected... the steak was cooked perfectly, maybe the best I have had in a while, and the sides were actually good not just an afterthought. Service was super friendly and fast even when they were packed, the guy helping us knew the menu backwards and forwards and didnt just rush us through it. Felt a bit like we stumbled into a hidden local staple by accident and im already thinking about when i can get back there for another ribeye... the whole meal was just simple and satisfying no fuss, no crazy prices. Definitely going back soon.

I have been in the AV for over 20 years and have never been here. It is pricey and I've never felt the need to treat. But boy am I glad I finally did. First off our server was absolutely amazing in working with me about dietary needs. More than willing to talk me through it all. We even had the power go out on us and she offered us a few drink (beverage of course). The food was so amazing. The only thing I really a fan of was the chicken. It was very small and dry, flavor was good but for me not worth the price you pay. However the sides.... omgggg the sautéed veggies, Brussel sprouts and garlic mushroom were out of this world. My fiance got a 14oz ribeye which he said was a million percent worth the price. He also enjoyed the garlic mashed potatoes. The atmosphere is very romantic and private. We will definitely be back.

This place was magical! From the Happy Anniversary table sign to the service! The food omg was amazing!! Jaden was our server and he was so amazing he truly made our night! The ribeye was really good the flavor is phenomenal. The jalapeno poppers had a really good flavor. Kind of sweet but the cream cheese combo was perfect. I went home still thinking of the ahi tuna. Crème brûlée and chocolate mousse made my soul dance.

We have only been once before during Covid and let me tell you what an improvement since then! Sat at the bar and had the best experience with the bartender that made the BEST espresso martini and got the filet kabobs with mashed potatoes that were incredible! Not to mention the manager came up to make sure we were loving everything and was so kind. Will definitely be back!

So I went here on a date and both the service and the food were literally amazing?? The steak was cooked to perfection for both of us and so were the sides ☺️ Shout out to our host Johnathan he deserves a raise, so kind and great service all throughout. At the end I was trying to decide on creme brule or cheesecake (my fav) for dessert and after telling me about the options he's like well yknow we can actually creme brule the cheesecake for you- I had to pick my jaw up from the floor and yes it was heavenly 🥰 best cheesecake I've had in my entire life, the person I was out on a date with said the same. Hiiiighly recommend this place 🖤

Im from NC and was randomly staying in Palmdale for Valentines weekend. My husband and I tried to go for Valentines but it was too packed so we went on Sunday 2/15. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit nervous to go but the hostess, wait staff and bartenders were all very pleasant during our visit. We had the Quail as an appetizer. It was very good but the poblano cheese grits were great. I had the dry aged steak and my husband had the ribeye with the cajun rub seasoning on it. My steak was good, his was great. He also had a whiskey flight. Overall we were more than satisfied with our meal. It's been difficult to find food that is satisfying and worth the money spent, but the Broken Bit is definitely worth it. Wish there were other locations.

After five years away, my husband and I came back for a date night, and wow, Broken Bit Steakhouse did not disappoint. The service was warm and attentive, and our waitress, Kim was knowledgeable without hovering. The cocktails were delicious and definitely not watered down. Food-wise, the steaks were cooked right on point, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy, flavorful and honestly a highlight. The whole place had a relaxed but polished vibe, and we were seated right away. We'll definitely be back.
